Structural, optical and electrical properties of In2O3/ α‑Fe2O3 heterostructure thin films for photocatalytic application
2024 - 2025

In this study, In2O3/ α-Fe2O3 heterostructure thin film was prepared on glass substrate using a low-cost andsimple spray pyrolysis technique. After successful deposition, the structure and morphology were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, EDX and Raman microscopy. The X-ray diffraction studies confirm the rhombohedral phase of α-Fe2O3 and the cubic phase of In2O3 without other impurity peaks, this result also wasproved by Raman spectroscopy.

إن تصنيع الهياكل غير المتجانسة لأشباه الموصلات من أكسيد المعدن هو وسيلة رئيسية لتعزيز خصائصها في التطبيقات الضوئية والمضادة للبكتيريا. في العمل الحالي، تم اختيار ZnO/α-Fe2O3 وIn2O3/α-Fe2O3 وSnO2/α-Fe2O3 لإنشاء الهيكل غير المتجانس للأغشية الرقيقة باستخدام طريقة التحلل الحراري بالرش. تقارن هذه الورقة النتائج التجريبية للخصائص البنيوية والشكلية للطبقات الرقيقة المحضرة باستخدام XRD وRaman وSEM.
