Introductory Workshop on the Skills Record
The Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs at Jouf University organized an orientation workshop for college representatives on the Skills Record, aiming to raise awareness of its importance as an official document that contributes to documenting and developing students’ personal, professional, and voluntary skills during their university studies.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to the Skills Record, its objectives, and its main domains, in addition to discussing implementation plans and application mechanisms at the college level. The workshop sought to unify efforts to activate the Skills Record and support students in tracking their achievements and enhancing their skills.
The meeting also addressed the roles of the entities involved in the Skills Record, including the Alumni Affairs Department, college units, and the Deanship of Admission and Registration, in documenting and validating acquired skills. This initiative aligns with the university’s commitment to improving educational outcomes and preparing students for the labor market in accordance with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
