Academic Bridging Program (Tajseer)
The Bridging Program (Tajseer) enables diploma holders from institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education to continue their studies and obtain a bachelor’s degree.

General Admission Conditions and Requirements
Applicant must be Saudi or a legal resident with valid residency before the start of study.
Must hold an associate degree or diploma (at least two academic years) from a Saudi university, college, or recognized institute (public or private) approved by the Ministry of Education.
Applicants for health majors must hold a valid professional classification card issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
Meet the English language proficiency test score required for each program (if applicable).
For employed applicants, an initial approval from the employer is required at the application stage, followed by a final approval upon admission.
Meet the program-specific admission conditions.
Previous qualification must be aligned with the applied major.
Admission is cancelled if the applicant fails to pay fees within the specified period.
The university reserves the right to cancel programs that do not meet the minimum required enrollment.
GPA must not be less than 3/5 or equivalent.
Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of submitted data; admission is void if proven otherwise.

Admission Procedures
Applications are submitted online only within the announced period according to the mechanism set by the Deanship of Admission and Registration. Manual submissions are not accepted.
Application fee: 150 SAR (non-refundable).
Each applicant may choose only one program, aligned with their previous specialization.

Equivalency certificate (if issued outside Saudi Arabia)
Tuition fees follow Jouf University’s approved bachelor’s degree fee regulations.
Study Regulations upon Admission
University Study and Examination Bylaws and executive rules apply.
Students must comply with study schedules determined by each college (morning or evening).
No internal transfers between colleges or changes of major are allowed after admission.
The Student Conduct and Discipline Regulations of Jouf University apply.
Students must complete at least 40% of program courses at Jouf University after admission.
Course equivalency follows the university’s study and examination regulations.
