Degree of Recruitment of Elementary Teachers for E-Games in Teaching Mathematics from their Point of View
Abstract
The objective of the research is to identify the degree to which female e-gaming primary teachers are employed to teach mathematics from their perspective and the identification of impediments to the recruitment of female elementary e-games teachers in mathematics teaching from their perspective. In order to achieve the research objective, the researcher relied on the survey descriptive curriculum using the search tool. and the research community may be of all female primary mathematics teachers in the Education Department of the City. (Al-Jawf), the research sample was limited to a sample of (79) female primary mathematics teacher, They were randomly selected in the Department of Education in Al-Jawf Region Sector Skaka. The results of the research concluded that the primary teachers of e-games were hired to teach mathematics from their point of view. Moreover, there are obstacles to the recruitment of elementary teachers for e-games in the teaching of mathematics from their point of view, notably the small number of electronic devices and media required for the recruitment of e-games. Furthermore, the lack of training courses for female teachers on the production and development of electronic games, and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05≥α) between the responses of the members of the sample research in the hub of the recruitment of elementary teachers for electronic games in the teaching of mathematics subjects attributes to the variable of practical qualification. However, there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05≥α) In the hub of the recruitment of elementary teachers for e-games in the teaching of mathematics subjects comforts the variable years of experience and recommended the need to overcome impediments to the employment of electronic games and to create an appropriate learning environment that stimulates active learning strategies. Besides work on conducting training courses for female teachers at different levels of study to familiarize them with how to use electronic games in educational situations enriching the learning process, expanding the use of e-games in schools and providing technical and material capabilities for their application
