Abstract

In this paper, the magnetocaloric in TbFeSi and DyFeSi intermetallic magnetic alloys were simulated using mean-field model
theory. A good agreement between theoretical and experimental magnetizations and magnetic entropy changes curves was
established. Based on the mean-field prediction, RCP values can reach 810 and 779 J.kg−1 under 10 T magnetic field for
TFS and DFS samples, respectively.
