From the perspective of Jouf University graduates, it came with a medium score, with an average of (3.24). One of the most important proposed solutions to increase the rate of Saudization of jobs in the private labor market from the point of view of the graduates of Al-Jouf University was the combination of the policy of maximum foreign manpower and the imposition of gradually increasing fees with the increase of foreign labor for each institution in the private sector; At the same time, continuing to train more Saudi workers (local workers) quantitatively and qualitatively, while declaring the importance of the work of the private sector. The research reached a number of important recommendations in this field.
