By accessing the service link through the electronic services page, then following these steps:

• Step 1: Access the service page from the electronic services portal and click the "Start Service" button.

• Step 2: Enter the employee's name, department name, or college in the search box.

• Step 3: View the results and check the extension number and department location.

• Step 4: Use the number to communicate via the university switchboard 0146544444.

Faculty members, students

Logging in via the Unified National Access (Nafath) using the National ID number.

The user must currently be an affiliate of the university (a faculty member, employee, or enrolled student).

By logging into the service and entering the employee's name or department name in the search box.

The announced timeframe in the service page is 4 minutes.
