The College Council is responsible for considering matters related to the College. Its responsibilities include the following:

• Recommend the appointment, secondment, deputation, promotion, and external assignment of faculty members, lecturers, and teaching assistants.
• Propose, develop, and revise study plans in coordination with the academic departments.
• Recommend curricula, prescribed textbooks, and academic references for the College's academic departments.
• Promote scientific research, coordinate research activities among the academic departments, and support the dissemination of research outputs.
• Recommend examination schedules and establish the regulations governing examination procedures.
• Propose the College's bylaws and internal regulations.
• Recommend training and scholarship plans that meet the College's academic and professional needs.
• Propose the College's extracurricular activities plan.
• Decide on student matters falling within the Council's authority and submit recommendations to the University Council on matters beyond its jurisdiction.
• Review matters referred by the University Council, the University President, or the Vice President, and provide recommendations and professional opinions.
